Pricing, plain and simple.

Yes. You choose per event whether to absorb the fee or pass it on. If you absorb it, customers see one clean price and the fee comes out of your proceeds. If you pass it on, the fee is shown transparently at checkout and you receive the full face value of every ticket.
It's 1% of the ticket's face value, plus a flat £0.49 per ticket. So a £10 ticket carries a fee of £0.59. A £50 ticket carries £0.99. Use the calculator above to see the exact breakdown for your ticket types.
Venues and attractions vary enormously — from a small historic house to a large theme park. The number of annual visitors, hardware requirements, integration needs and support model all differ. A one-size subscription wouldn't be fair, so we scope each setup individually.
No. There's no monthly platform fee, no setup fee, no per-event fee and no withdrawal fee. The only cost is £0.49 + 1% per ticket sold. Payment processing (via Stripe or your chosen PSP) is separate and billed directly by them.
