THE HAMPSHIRE AIR FESTIVAL 2026 ('HAF 2026')
TICKET & ENTRY TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to HAF 2026, please read them carefully before purchasing any tickets. All tickets are sold or provided subject to availability and to these Terms and Conditions.
- HAF 2026 is organised by Montserrat Events & Festivals Ltd (registered company no. 16886670) (the "Organisers"), its HAF 2026 Executive Committee and their respective employees, contractors, servants and agents.
- These Terms and Conditions create a legal agreement between you and the Organisers relating to your booking and attendance at HAF 2026. These Terms and Conditions also apply to entry by any person holding a complimentary admission or passes.

Any access within areas controlled by HAF 2026 is by permission only. The purchaser or holder of a ticket (the "Ticket Holder") is permitted entry (valid only for the applicable date(s) which the ticket relates to) to:
- for admission tickets - the areas of Thruxton Circuit & Aerodrome (including car parks) designated by the Organisers as being open to admission ticket holders during HAF 2026 (the 'Showground');
- for Premium Experience tickets – the Showground and the designated hospitality areas.
- Children aged 5 – 17 require an admission ticket
- Access to the HAF 2026 car parks is not permitted without an admission ticket on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September.

Access for Ticket Holders to applicable areas shall be permitted during the following times (All timings are subject to change at the Organisers' discretion, including changes due to operational or health and safety reasons).
- Saturday 12 September – Showground – 10.00am – 9.30pm
- Sunday 13 September – Showground – 10.00am – 6:30pm
- Car Parks will be open from 08.30 on both days.
- Official HAF campsite Friday 11 September to Monday 14 September. Campsite opening hours will be confirmed in the Campsite welcome email.

Cancellations, date changes and lost tickets:
- Ticket orders may be cancelled or exchanged within two (2) working days of purchase. After this period, all tickets become non-refundable.
- Order changes are only possible if tickets for both the original and new dates/types are still available for sale. Changes are subject to a non-refundable administration fee of £15 per booking. For special enclosure bookings, any previously issued passes must be returned before new passes can be issued. Please note: Any changes made to your ticket booking will not modify the original booking date associated with your tickets, and the same cancellation policy outlined in clause 6(a) will apply.

- Tickets for the Premium Experience Upgrade can only be purchased once you have purchased standard entry tickets. Having gained entry to the site with the standard entry ticket by having your phone or paper copy scanned, ticket holders can make their way to the Premium Marquee where their Premium Ticket will be scanned, and they will be issued with a Premium identifier to wear.
- In the unlikely event that you lose a paper copy of your Premium Ticket; the Organisers will be able to confirm admission to the Premium area as we will have a list of ticket purchases.
- Tickets to HAF 2026 are non-transferable to future editions of the event and the Ticket Holder shall not sell or attempt to sell the ticket to any third party.

Attendance at HAF 2026:
- The Ticket Holder agrees to follow all reasonable instructions of the Organisers and staff during HAF 2026.
- The Ticket Holder acknowledges that the Showground area is subject to security arrangements and that the Organisers may carry out security checks (including, but not limited to, checks of the Ticket Holder's person, belongings and vehicle).
- The Ticket Holder shall always act responsibly and not do anything to endanger the safety of any person or property in the Showground area.
- Shelters and stepladders up to 1.2 metres in height are allowed to be brought to HAF 2026 however they are not allowed within 10m of the crowd line so that they do not obstruct the view of others.
- Smoking (including vaping) is not allowed in any event structure at HAF 2026 or within 10 metres of any aircraft.
- The following items may not under any circumstance be brought onto the Showground area: explosive substances or materials, pyrotechnics, offensive weapons and firearms (including replica or toy firearms), projectiles and similar devices; placards, flags, banners, signs, brochures and leaflets intended for distribution to the public; megaphones, amplifiers, loud speakers, lights and laser pointers; paint, chemicals or glue, spray cans and other associated apparatus; kites, remotely controlled model aircraft, drones or similar devices; barbecues, birds or animals (including any within vehicles in the car parks) except dogs on leads and any other item which, in the opinion of the Organisers, may cause personal injury or property damage, disruption to HAF 2026, public nuisance or inconvenience, offence or distress or security risks.
- The Ticket Holder acknowledges that the flying of drones or small unmanned aircraft is prohibited in or around the airspace of Thruxton Airfield, Article 239 of the Air Navigation Order grants HAF 2026 Restricted Airspace between Wednesday 15 and Monday 20 July to allow safe conduct of the event and contravention may constitute a criminal act.
- Ticket Holders should always keep their personal belongings with them, and the Organisers accept no liability for damage to, or loss (including theft) of, personal belongings or vehicles while on or at the venue.
- Additional terms relating to the venue and HAF 2026 may be notified by the Organisers to Ticket Holders by notices prominently displayed in the Showground area during HAF 2026 and such additional terms shall be deemed incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to HAF 2026, or to remove any person or vehicle from the venue or any particular area for reasons of public safety, unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury, or for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Filming, photography and other content:
- The Ticket Holder shall not without the Organisers' prior written consent sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit, or attempt to commercially exploit, any material relating to HAF 2026 whether written or in the form of digital or photographic film, sound, video including livestreaming or other recording or computer software whether obtained at the Showground area.
- The Ticket Holder acknowledges that the Showground area and events held at them may be photographed or filmed. The Ticket Holder agrees to the use and exploitation of video or picture images or recordings including sound featuring the Ticket Holder taken by or on behalf of the Organisers in the Showground area during or in connection with HAF 2026 for any and all purposes determined by the Organisers, including for commercial purposes, in any and all media whatsoever (whether in existence now or in the future) around the world without further authorisation, notification or payment. The Ticket Holder hereby waives any rights of objection in connection with such use or any so-called personality, image or privacy rights in connection with such use.
- The HAF logo and event name shall not be used on any commercial materials including but not limited to advertisements, promotional flyers, websites, promotional flyers, or other public communications, merchandise or any other materials intended for profit without the express permission of the Organiser.
- HAF 2026 tickets of any category must not be used for competitions or promotions without the express permission of the Organiser.

Cancellation and changes to HAF 2026:
- The Organisers reserve the right at any time to cancel or postpone HAF 2026 or to cancel, postpone or vary any event comprising part of HAF 2026, including due to any event outside of the reasonable control of the Organisers affecting the performance of its obligations or the running of HAF 2026, including without limitation unavailability of the venue or participants, civil commotion, riot, invasion, Royal mourning, national mourning, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not), natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemic or epidemic or any law or action taken by a government or public authority.
- We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you of any cancellation of HAF 2026. Please be aware that it may be necessary to cancel HAF 2026 on short notice.
- Should weather or other circumstances require flying to be curtailed or restricted, where possible aircraft will be taxied and other exhibits and displays will be available. For the avoidance of doubt, this shall not constitute a cancellation of HAF 2026.
- In event of cancellation of HAF 2026, the Organisers may offer Ticket Holders tickets to a substitute event, or Ticket Holders may instead opt to receive a refund. Where tickets to a substitute event are available, you will be notified and given not less than 30 days from the date of notice of cancellation of the Event in which to confirm your preference. In the absence of a response within such period, the Organisers will provide you with tickets to a substitute event. Refunds will be paid within 30 days beginning on the date on which you confirm to the Organisers you wish to receive a refund and provide your bank details to receive the refund. If the Organisers cannot make payment of refunds within this period due to events outside of the reasonable control of the Organisers, you will be kept informed and payments will be made within a reasonable time.
- The Organisers' liability for cancellation or failure to deliver HAF 2026 shall be limited to providing tickets to a substitute event or providing a refund in accordance with paragraph 10 d) and the Organisers shall have no further liability to any Ticket Holder in relation to any other costs or expenses, including without limitation, the costs of any travel, accommodation or other arrangements made in connection with HAF 2026.

Liability:
- In this section, the "HAF Parties" means the Hampshire Air Festival organising committee together with their respective Affiliates, employees, contractors, servants and agents as long with the owners of Thruxton Circuit and Aerodrome.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the liability of any of the HAF Parties for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Subject to paragraph 10 b), whilst the Organisers take reasonable care to ensure the safety of the event, the Ticket Holder acknowledges that they may be exposed to possible risk of physical harm or property damage due to the nature of HAF 2026 and the Ticket Holder enters and brings any vehicle or property onto the Showground area and surrounding areas entirely at their own risk.
- Other than where the Ticket Holder suffers personal injury or death or property damage resulting from the negligence of a HAF Party, the Ticket Holder acknowledges that the HAF Parties will not be liable for any loss or damage that the Ticket Holder may suffer as a result of purchasing a ticket and/or gaining access to the Showground area. This exclusion applies whether the liability arises in contract or tort (including negligence and negligent misstatement) or for misrepresentation, breach of statutory duty or otherwise).
- Subject to paragraph 10 b), in no circumstances will the HAF Parties be responsible to the Ticket Holder for any economic loss of any kind, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of earnings or loss of revenues or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
- Subject to paragraph 10 b), the maximum aggregate liability on the part of the HAF Parties shall be limited to the face value of the ticket of the relevant Ticket Holder.

Data Protection:
- The Ticket Holder acknowledges that in connection with purchasing tickets for or attending HAF 2026, the Ticket Holder will provide the Organisers with certain personal data, such as names and contact details.
- The Organisers are the controller of your data and are committed to ensuring your personal data is stored safely and in compliance with all applicable data protection legislation in force from time to time in the UK. We will process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy

General:
- The Organiser may transfer its rights and obligations under the Terms and Conditions to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or the Organisers obligations under these Terms and Conditions, and you will be notified in writing by email if this happens. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another person if the Organiser agree in writing by email.
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Organisers and the Ticket Holder. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given by or on behalf of the Organisers which is not set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- If for any reason any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
- The HAF Parties may enforce their rights and enjoy the benefits given under paragraphs 10 of these Terms and Conditions against the Ticket Holder. Otherwise, a person who is not a party to the agreement formed between the Organisers and the Ticket Holder on these Terms and Conditions will not have any right to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Regulations.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the Ticket Holder agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts over any matter arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
