Ticketflex – Consumer Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 26th July 2025

These Consumer Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of event tickets via Ticketflex.io and any sub-domains operated by Ticketflex Limited ("we", "our", "us"). These terms apply to all transactions carried out through our platform and should be read alongside any event-specific terms and policies you agree to at checkout.

1. Information About Us

Ticketflex Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 16021145.

Registered office: Antrobus House Business Centre, 18 College Street, Petersfield, Hampshire, GU31 4AD.

You can contact us at [email protected].

We operate a ticketing platform that enables event organisers (“Organisers”) to sell tickets directly to consumers. We do not own, promote, or run any of the events listed on our platform. Your contract for attending the event is with the Organiser, not with us.

2. Purchasing Tickets

Tickets purchased via our platform are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred in breach of the Organiser's terms.

During checkout, you agree to both:

The total order price may include the ticket face value and a non-refundable booking fee, as displayed clearly at checkout.

An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings suspected to be fraudulent or in breach of purchasing limits (e.g. maximum ticket quantity).

3. Delivery of Tickets

All tickets are sent via email to the address you provide during checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is accurate and able to receive emails from us.

If you do not receive your tickets within 48 hours of purchase (or 72 hours before the event, whichever is sooner), please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee resolution for issues reported after the event has occurred.

4. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

We act only as the ticketing platform. Decisions about refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling are made by the Organiser.

Booking fees are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or postponement.

Refunds must be requested via our self-service portal (a link to the portal will be emailed to all ticket holders of postponed events) before the deadline specified by the Organiser or us. Requests after this deadline may not be processed.

5. Attending an Event

Admission is subject to the Organiser’s rules and the venue’s policies.

These may include age restrictions, dress codes, prohibited items, or security checks.

Disruptive behaviour or failure to comply with rules may result in refusal of entry or removal, with no entitlement to a refund.

6. Booking Fees

We charge a booking fee per ticket to cover administrative and customer service costs.

This fee is clearly shown at checkout and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for the staging, quality, safety, or content of any event.

We are not liable for losses, costs, or damages arising from changes to, or the cancellation of, an event, except as outlined in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8. Privacy

We will use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your personal information may be shared with the relevant Organiser or venue for operational purposes, including event updates or entry management.

9. General

These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest shall remain in full force and effect.

If you have any questions, please contact [email protected] before making your booking.
